The Team with the left side serial number closest to 26 will receive an RGL NBA Power Pack. This pack contains 3 cards with a total combined value of $1000. For tie-break purposes 25 is the same as 27, and second tie-breaker is closest right side serial. Third tie-break is duck-race.
