NAME CHANGE REQUEST - Custom Username

We are now BETA TESTING the ability for our customers to change the name on their Shopify store account. This will allow our break participants to choose which name they want written on our break spreadsheets and what they want to be referred to as during the breaks. Please note THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS and if it does not function as we intend it to we reserve the right to roll back names. 

HOW TO MAKE A NAME CHANGE REQUEST:

1. Add this listing to your cart.
2. Please make sure this is the ONLY item in your cart. Please do not pair a name change request with break spots or other items offered.
3. In the special instructions area of your cart please write your desired username.
4. Finish checkout and confirm the order.
5. A member of our team will update your Store Account to the desired name within 7-14 days.

WHY DOES IT COST $2 TO MAKE A NAME CHANGE?

Time and intent. This is not a simple procedure for us to change names. Putting this feature behind a $2 fee should deter multiple name change requests in a short window. Most accounts should accrue enough store credit to cover the cost after purchasing into a single break. 

RULES FOR NAME CHANGES:

1. Inappropriate Usernames will not be allowed. All rulings are at the discretion of our team.
   
2.  Only one name change is allowed every 90 days. Multiple requests will be ignored and orders will be cancelled. 
3. Stylization (i.e. sTyLizATion) of usernames will be ignored. Proper capitalization will be considered (i.e. RunGoodLife)
4. Limited of 22 letters/numbers only per letter.
5. Please use only standard numbers and letters in your name change request. No Special characters / etc.  (i.e. @*$ etc)
   
6. We will attempt to process name change requests on a regular basis but it make take a few days up to 2+ weeks for us to get to everyone's requests.
7. We reserve the right to roll back or remove usernames entirely and revert back to our old customer identification system.
